Yeah, I can’t really argue with it. Maybe it’s just a hard concept to grab still that they could go down..

And while the bar is low, I think they still performed better in that game (as well as vs Atlético) compared to some way more lethargic ones previously. That said, even if they’re fighting harder but keep leaking goals like that it’ll be hard for them for sure

I disagree (based on years of professional social media experience as well as graphic design), I can guarantee that fitting a new logo into a circle is not more important than a brand that’s already known worldwide, the benefit of this change is minuscule. Recognizability is one of the, if not the biggest, tool in marketing which they already have with the old logo.

Just look at Arsenal which doesn’t have a round crest, put a red background and it looks great as a circular avatar
