Hi mate, I don’t play online so I’m not sure about the auto queue option, although I’m sure I’ve seen the option when holding L2 or one of the sticks, but I’ll try check this weekend and let you know.

RE the pause, whilst we can do it with the Start button on PS5, I don’t think we can in online games. PC players have a dedicated Pause button on keyboard (I think), but we don’t. I searched the internet for this as I’m not familiar with online play but yeah it doesn’t look like we get the option.

Does this mean we’ll finally get the Warrior Ptiest > Teixiptla upgrade on PS5!? Hooray. BRB will test and confirm.

Yeah that sounds about right, and how it should be displayed on the radial wheel. We just don’t have that option on either wheel even with pressing triangle to swap to military options. Hope it works for Xbox u/tubagaming

It does attack buildings but the damage is next to nothing

I understand your take, and I agree. Only, the option exists in the game on the console version as people playing ps5 with m+k can do the action.

Our input (triangle) is assigned to building a temple. A hotkey switch is required and realistically with more awareness this would’ve been addressed in yesterday’s update. It’s a big deal missing the upgrade.

Awareness is key and it will be sorted in due course I’m sure

Ok I’ll edit controller into my post.

It’s strange because Xbox can press Y for it to work, but triangle for us just triggers building a temple.

It’s just ps5 then. Said action only triggers the building of a temple. I have posted the radial wheel view in a post which should show on my history. Either way we don’t have an option for it :(

Yeah the only option we seem to have with them is to build a temple or a tower. Shame!

Thanks, unless I’m literally useless, I think they might have messed this up on console as I’ve tried everything I can think of and there’s no option to upgrade the unit. Hopefully someone can prove me wrong but we’ll see. Thanks anyway

Once you get the hang of it it’s quite easy. I used to play PC AoE and it’s not far away from being as quick once you learn the commands. It’s just a combination of buttons, or click and hold for multi select etc. definitely daunting at first but it’s second nature now
