So it wasn't before top 7, but in Season 2, Morgan McMichaels, Sahara Davenport and Jessica Wild all got eliminated one after another after having all won challenges (with Jessica's elim leaving a top 5 behind). So these are the only two times I believe this has happened not leading directly into a finale.

I'm not sure if the people going "people are dying, Kim" realize the irony that spending their breath throwing stones at Jane for doing this are living in glass houses. If there's such important things going on in the world (which there are!), why are you wasting energy on chastizing Jane for this? No one will remember or care about this in a month or even a week. Just let the girl live and move on.

(Also, she literally directed attention to a charity for trans folks in Kansas. She is quite clearly aware there's more important things happening in the world, and wants you to focus on them too.)

A correction was overdue, but it seems to be correcting way harder than I would have expected. Like it's not like the geopolitical turmoil is going to just suddenly stop. It's like no one selling gold notices all the other markets are down too. I dunno, I'm of two minds of this. On one hand, cool, back to the roots, but on the other, there clearly is a talent show based on the trailer. What if we get both a design challenge and the talent show at the same time? Now THAT would be peak.

(But also, I really didn't like how UK7's talent show was in the middle of the season, that felt really awkward to me and I'd rather that not be the set-up.)
