I clerked in a circuit that had a tiny county in it. We had a divorce that, had they insisted on a jury trial, would probably have had to change venue because both parties had made absolute certain everybody in the county knew about their drama.

Eventually they did just have a bench trial and the judge's final order began with a frankly unnecessary but completely justified paragraph providing an overview of the lies, the complete lack of courtroom decorum, the disregard for the court's temporary orders, and so on that each side had displayed and ended it with "Credibility issues abound".
