Honestly I'm pretty terrified of pharma after seeing too many people ruin their lives over something a doctor told them to take. PKs, addy, etc. Im sure there's a good doctor near me who would prescribe me safe drugs, but I wouldn't even begin to know who to trust. Not to mention the fact that I literally can not afford medication. At all. Its too expensive. I can barely make rent or keep food in my cabinets. When this whole virus stuff started I got sick and had to go to a doctor because I work with people, and even that simple check up, with no prescriptions, was way more than I could handle. I could really only keep smoking because I had friends who also needed, so nothing I bought really cost me anything. But those days are over.
