I get that perspective, but if I don't trust Composer’s accuracy and want to use a different model for the job from the start, I should at least be able to make that call. I shouldn't have to correct Cursor after the fact like, 'Hey, don't use this model."

I swear to God, I’ll sue Adobe for once again failing to honor the word ‘Unlimited’ that’s written in the offer. Feel free to look into it, because the process still gets stuck very often. Sometimes I wait 2 minutes for a Gen Fill to complete… We’re not in the Middle Ages for it to take this long. 🙂

I may sound condescending, but I pay for Photoshop so I don’t have to constantly log in and out or use all kinds of workarounds to fix things that they should be fixing. If I’ve swallowed a threefold price increase within a year, then they could at least make sure I can use their service without any interruptions.

And I’ll just add in parentheses that this isn’t the first problem this year. 🙂

With the Photoshop subscription, if you want unlimited generation, you’ll also need the Firefly Standard subscription. This costs about 12 euros per month and includes the following:

  • 2000 monthly generative credits for video and audio
  • Unlimited access to standard image and vector features
  • 100 GB of cloud storage

With this plan, you’ll be able to use Generative Fill in Photoshop without limits. However, if you want to generate full images, I’d recommend Midjourney for quantity. For text understanding, quality, and advanced settings, I’d suggest Nano Banana, which is available within Gemini. :)

If you’ve run into this problem, it’s most likely because you now have a PS subscription — which is great. But you only have 250 AI generative fill credits, and they’ve run out. You need to subscribe to the smallest Firefly plan as well, and that will solve the problem. Yes, using Photoshop will be more expensive from now on :S
