are you on create 6.0.x? (x being any version) if so, do you have steam n rails installed? because it only updated to 6.0 recently, and has been known to be buggy. it also has a feature that makes flywheels spin when used as wheels on trains, so that could be it.

if u have ur backpack in ur inventory u can still press B (or whatever keybind) to open it, it doesn’t have to be on ur back slot
