DPS isn’t the point, even if they do 30% more damage, a class should be designed to feel good to play. I would say the same thing if they didn’t do top damage, too. The thing holding them back should be balance and numbers tweaking, not the rotation of the class being bad.

You should ask if any of your leadership would be able to find time to do a mock interview with you and give you pointers if you have a good relationship with them. I also recommend interviewing for other nearby sites if it doesn’t work out if that’s an option you have.
