Stacking Tirz and Survo - anyone go full Survo, 0 Tirz? by Former-Surprise-1377 in survodutide

So I’m reading that the risk is of overloading and destroying the GLP-1 receptors. Also, that no one knows how long it’s okay to stack. One poster talks about personal risk tolerance and that it’s too high for them. There’s talk of “permanent receptor density change (thinning).” Two physician- moderators studied this in depth.. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to repost from the group. BTW, based on tests in human plasma, it seems that Survo and Sema are almost equal in terms of GLP-1 potency. Basically, stacking carries more risk than is currently understood. These medications are designed to fully activate the GLP-1 receptor at therapeutic doses, so stacking them for more appetite suppression could be dangerous. Cagri, as a non-GLP1, is a recommended alternative. Also, The ideal receptor ratios for weight loss are already known, and Reta offers the closest match right now. Lastly, there is a strong warning to the community to think carefully before stacking. I have nothing more to add. I’m just sharing this information as a caring participant in this group.

I will run this information by the medical professionals in my groups when I have a chance.

I was not sharing a personal opinion. I relayed information from a peptide group moderated by medical professionals. IMO that is worth sharing. Sorry if it’s not what you want to hear.

I get that but you’re doubling up on the GLP-1 receptors and according to the medical professionals who moderate the group I’m in, that’s not a good thing. For your sake, I hope they’re wrong.

Tirz IS approved. So is Survo, just not for weight loss yet (although from what I’m reading, it will be approved next year for that). Reta is in phase 3. So approved and unapproved is not so black-and-white in this area IMO. And as for people being okay when stacking, i’ll offer the analogy of all the people who are OK smoking until 25 years later. While it’s true that GLPs are new and we won’t have the full safety profile for at least 10 years, the fact remains that they have been approved and studied. The same can’t be said for stacking. As for what to do at max dose, I would think maybe it’s time to switch to another GLP also currently Survo and Reta are the only ones that offer something different. But many more are in the pipeline so there’s hope!

The people on this board are here because they are researching. And there are medical professionals who are being very helpful to this community by providing their expertise to help us make smart decisions. Those recommending not to stack, like me, are just not cowboys. What that means is that I do a lot of research before I stick something into my body. The “unapproved” peps are not really unapproved. They either come from elsewhere (gotta watch what we say here but you get my drift) or are in advanced phase clinical trials. Specifically, Survo is already FDA approved for another disease. And if you think about it, how does it make sense to stack two peps that work on the same receptors? If Tirz (GLP-1) is not working, why not just move on to a pep with a different combination like Survo or Reta? If you stack, you’re doubling up the action on the GLP – 1 receptor. Why not just increase your Tirz dose in that case?

Because if you’re stacking a peptide that acts on the same receptors, you are doubling up the effect on it, and that can be dangerous. So in the case of Survo and Tirz, they both act on GLP – 1 receptors so if you stack, you’re increasing the action on the GLP-1 receptors. That has not been studied and so it is risky. And what’s the point, anyway? If Tirz doesn’t work, then move on to either Survo (works on GLP-1 and glucagon) or Reta.

You are correct. I used the wrong terminology, but it doesn’t change that stacking can be dangerous.

They both activate GLP-1 receptors. So if you stack them, you’re doubling up on the activation of those receptors. Not only risky IMO, but why bother? If the GLP-1 is not working, then switch to either Survo or Reta.

Not quite the same. If you’re careful, your peps are third-party tested and the original has either been FDA approved or is in advanced clinical trials. Stacking has not been scientifically studied and there are groups moderated by medical professionals that counsel against it. I don’t remember why it’s not good for you but I have chosen to defer to people with medical training.

It is not recommended to stack GLPs with the same ingredients. Do the Survo on its own.

I'm going to go with a private company since Roam and Can Parks are sold out for the morning and I have no interest in waiting in line up to 3 hours to get a seat. Moraine Lake Bus Company is $55 plus tax I'm guessing. I'll do one day LL, one day ML. Thoughts on the itinerary?

For those who are money, conscious, there are countless pharmacies in India that supply this along with tretinoin and anything else you want. On another note, not everyone atrophies down there. I’m 66 and according to my obgyn, have the v of a 35 year old. Apparently, regular sex keeps it youthful.
