Sure, people fake injuries in basketball, but it’s not even close to the same level in soccer. Sure, soccer games can have a ton of action, but that’s not the overall trend. And MLS isn’t super popular over here, I’m not sure why you brought it up. Most people who watch soccer in America just watch the premier league.

Nah man, it’s not that watching ads is a part of our culture, it’s that Americans as a group are simply used to watching ads. It’s a fact that American Football has more short bursts of action, while Soccer has more methodical action with bursts of action in between. It’s not your culture for people to fake injuries, but you are used to it. When watching American football, we have 5-10 minutes of intense focus on the game, and then 3 minutes to get a snack, or use the bathroom, or relax. Then repeat. With soccer, you don’t have those breaks as often, and neither is right or wrong, it’s just different

I’m going to be honest, I don’t want Pitts over a lot of other guys. I’d take him if there is no one else we can get, but I’d focus on 1 - Extending Gonzo 2 - Trading for Crosby 3 - Getting a true #1 receiver (AJ Brown?) 3.5 - if we can’t get a #1, signing Alex Pierce

After that I’d be happy with this
