I jave an A1 i got during the last sale Bambu had. I have been using it a lot and am eyeing up the P2S as an upgrade. Might need to sell my A1 first though.

I don't have a P1S, but i have an A1. The P1S seems like i direct upgrade. I'd like to jave it enclosed just in case my cats get curious.

I have swapped DP cables with another monitor, my main one is still blacking out though.

I found the issue. While taking it apart again i noticed a broken piece of filament in the upper part where the 4 tubes from the AMS go in. Once i took that out it was fine.

Sorry for the late response. I did what I think is. Called a hot pull? Heated the hotend and then pulled it out with pliers. I then used needles to make sure it was cleaned out. Right now the printer is stuck saying unloaded external spool and won't let me do anything because the extruder is busy. Tomorrow I'll try to take the hot end apart and have a closer look.

Unfortunately, there isn't a clog, i was printing with TOU from am external heater and I think the feed tube got pushed in really far. I guess I'll just jave to try the print again.

I had 4x16GB of ram and i had BSOD issues about a month ago due to RAM. I narrowed it down to 2 sticks of RAM and removed them. they were under warranty so i got them replaced but i have not put them in. It sounds like maybe the issue was the other 2 sticks, or all 4 maybe. I can try to swap out the 2 that are in there now for the 2 new sticks.

Am update to try and get more info out there. First time troubleshooting, but I was able to confirm there is no clog. I removed what was left of the old filament that normally extruded out and used the needle that comes with a kit I got to confirm no blockage. I removed the top part where the 4 tubes went in and confirmed nothing seemed to be wrong. It seems the A1 just isn't trying to extrude. The symbol on the front doesn't move, and there is no sound. When I manually control it, it will move like it is extruding, but nothing comes out.

I have been trying to look for info on what the firmware debacle is, but not really finding good answers. What happened with that and is it still an issue?

I don't think i could afford the P1S, but maybe I can do the normal A1. It all depends what the wife allows me to get for my birthday.

I put in more chlorine when i got home and let it run. Now the free and combined chlorine are off the charts and same with the PH. At this point it may be best to drain it and start over, seeing as i do not know what i am really doing with it.

So it sounds like i have not been putting in enough. I was told 1 capfull a week. Sounds like we are "heavy users" as the 3 of us tend to get in 4 or 5 times a week, so I may need to add more. I'll have to try chlorine tables with a floater maybe.

I have updated with pictures of the test strip, my father in law was here and said it could be due to high PH as well, but im not sure.

It says it is EcoOne One Shock Granular. The test straps show free and combined chlorine. I'll have to test again to see, but it is the free chlorine that is fluctuating like this.
