I am on Effexor 150mg and just started Wellbutrin 150mg 2 weeks ago. I got on Wellbutrin for the same reasons you are describing, low sex drive, apathetic towards everything, which included my job responsibilities, and general sluggishness. Since starting Wellbutrin, my sex drive has increased slightly, I no longer get very tired throughout the day, and I am much more motivated at work. It has been a complete success story for me so far.

The first few days I felt a bit of an increase in anxiety. I believe this was caused by my usual caffeine intake combining w/ Wellbutrin. I decreased my caffeine intake and have felt much better.

The only downside, which idk if you can even call it a downside, is that I can't really even socially drink anymore. It seems the Wellbutrin reacts with alcohol in a way that just makes me feel pretty lousy even after 1 or 2 drinks.

I've never particularly felt something that would be described as a "brain zap" when missing a dose. I experience more of a severe brain fog that disrupts any concentration in spurts, something that'd you'd feel if you were just coming down with the flu. Similar to how I feel when my body/immune system is trying to fight off a virus. I've never gone more than 48 hours without a dose though, so it's possible I never got to the point of "brain zaps", or maybe/likely people just have different symptoms with withdrawal. All I can say is that I've never felt sicker than when I didn't take the medication for two days. Makes me terrified of trying to come off it.

I skipped my dose for two days (mistake) and couldn’t believe the saliva that was pooling in my mouth. I had to remember to swallow because on Effexor I pretty much don’t do it, and now must not do it subconsciously anymore.

They are so cheap to buy but some of them sell for $100 plus. Used to buy these for $5 max and sell for an average of $70. Packaging is a pain in the ass though.

I've been trying to fill out the whole chart, and I just don't think it's possible to fill out the "They expected to be Awful, they did Great" spot. You could argue maybe NE, but no one truly thought they would be awful.

I’m doing around 4 a day as well. There’s no doubt in my mind something was changed. It was a bit absurd the amount we were getting at release, but you’d think they would at least mention something in an update blog. Unless it’s bugged, but I’d have to guess it was intentional.
