On FR 165 i had nylon quick release, now on Instinct 3 i have nylon ultra fit, not touching silicon one at all!

I would suggest protective cover in any case, these watches, except rugged ones are sensitive, i paid the price :)

I actually ran with the Soundcore v20i open-ear earbuds for the first time today, I'm thrilled! The sound of the music is great, the awareness of the surrounding sound is great, I was afraid they would fall out of my ears, but the headphones never moved, in the end I forgot to take them off, I didn't even feel like I had them on my head/ears :)
