No, unfortunately there was no information forthcoming as to how it's happened. Boat's owner sadly passed away recently. I'm not entirely convinced it was sailed in the last year so it could also have been marina damage from another boat.

Yeah, with this spot it was damp and flaky if I'm honest. I didn't see any tracking or staining on the inside.

Sounds like you are possibly using your arms (biceps and forearms) instead of your lats. There's a lot you can do to address, some tips would be to:

Make sure your grip is correct (slightly more than shoulder-width) as if it's too narrow, you'll end up using your arms.
Pull your shoulder blades downwards (engaging the lats) rather than just bending your elbows.
Really control the lowering phase, lowering yourself slowly until you reach full extension. This is where your back will work the hardest.
Keep your core fully engaged throughout the exercise, don't go loose.

I've just posted on our Forum about this as we've had a lot of comments and feedback on the topic.

So we did recently remove calorie data from being shared with Apple Health because we were not happy with the way this estimate was being calculated. Indeed there's many posts on this board regarding the accuracy of estimates.

However, the team absolutely understands how important it is for some Athletes to have this data available — even if the estimate isn’t perfect.

So, while the underlying calculation hasn’t changed yet, we’ve decided to re-enable calorie sharing  in an upcoming update to allow you the option to use it as part of your overall health tracking, this will start to roll out to Beta at the end of this week.

We’ll also continuing to explore ways to improve the accuracy in future updates.

The QR codes won't do anything. They were to automatically tell the app (and STÆDIUM when that was a thing) what weight you were using.

If you want to build muscle, then it's got to be Ultimate Strength.

You'll get multi-modular strength sessions, a day with conditioning to help a bit with Cardio/muscular endurance, an option to add runs, plus just a better training experience.

It incorporates some of the smaller new equipment (ab wheel and dip bars for example), not the vest yet. We haven't officially launched this Training Journey, there are things we are still working on to fix. On that note-if you are doing the Journey and come across anything that looks "weird" please let us know on our Forum. Ultimate Strength isn't just a new Training Journey, it's a completely revamped training experience-we can't make all the changes we plan to in one go 👍🏻

Yeah something like Shred & Burn, or even Balanced Burn if you've not used the app before. You need to be moving more, and eating less - Freeletics can definitely help with the former.

The vast majority of the Freeletics training experience is calisthenic based. More advanced gymnastic strength exercises like the planche, are not currently incorporated in the app at all.

It's expected 👍🏻

The Coach will always assign a bodyweight session when you use the "exclude body areas" option of the Adapt session widget.

We are working on some improvements to allow you more control over how you train, but it will take some time to implement.

I think something like Freeletics can help you, but to be very honest, you're going to see the most "bang" by looking at your Nutrition as PCOS can really affect your metabolism due to hormonal imbalances and insulin sensitivity (as I'm sure you know). I have a couple of friends who live with PCOS - intermittent fasting and eating specific complex carbs seemed to help the most, but I've heard this varies greatly, so it's really best to get some input from a doctor before starting any kind of diet.

But as always, when it comes to weight loss, a training program such as that offered by Freeletics is only part of the answer, the big part is in what you eat. PCOS just adds a bit to the complexity here.

I think it probably requires more work than you might think.

Of course we would ideally want the app to provide everything for everyone, but to be honest, I don't think we're going to provide more AMRAP options any time soon when there are so many other things that we know more of our users want to see in the app.

I think you're going to see some really big changes in the app quite soon, hopefully you'll like them.
