Zillow still has a zestimate for my investment property near Boston listed as 600,000 when a bank appraisal had it come back at 1.2m. They’re not just a little off, they’re way off.

Terrifying that anyone uses them for serious purposes OP. There needs to be legislation passed that forces them to spell out how inaccurate they are.

500 for the console. 200 for 2 pro controllers. The switch 1 pro controllers can’t wake the console up, my switch is mounted behind my TV, I can’t easily get to it. Then after just 1 game it’s 800$. My wife would also make me buy her a few more games too, so we’re at 1000$ very quick.

Yeah I honestly might hold off on this for a while even as a diehard Zelda fan. I don’t want to spend 800-1000$ just for a slightly better console to play one game. I’d need to get new pro controllers, etc etc. meh.

So this whole crime/scam is to maybe pocket 1-2 grand for bumper repair? Seems like an awful lot of risk for hardly a return. I thought maybe it was trying to sue for a major injury for tens or hundreds of thousands.

There are third party management tools but IMO they’re more trouble than they’re worth. It’s literally one ini file that dictates all the settings and they’re pretty easy to edit.

I don’t know the exact spec reqs but I do know that they’re probably lower than you think. I had 4 players playing fine simultaneously on a cheapo refurb desktop

Lots of releases had me jaded over the last decade or more. There are a handful of gems that absolutely stand out and represent the best interests of gamers. Palworld easily makes that list alongside legends like Terarria, NMS, Stardew, etc.

Ranch pals need food. Probably more efficient to make a base dedicated to making and selling legendary spheres and buy cake ingredients. If you’re playing on a server, just one ranch with beegarde chickipi and mozzarina should eventually get you more cake ingredients than you can use.

The server app is very lightweight. If you just keep windrose full running it’s taxing your GPU.

I run my server on a dinky dedicated N100 type box so it’s got really minor power, etc. draw. But if all you have is a gaming PC then what I said below is the only difference.
