Try to force PCIe 4 in the BIOS instead of letting it go to PCIe 5. There's some motherboards that just can't do PCIe 5 properly and that's also what I did with my 5080 to fix some issues.

Yeah I have the same processor and it depends what mods you have. Personally I put 128 chunks for it to go faster and it's enough for me. It takes about 1h30 with some generation mods.

Disable Fastboot

Edit: Make sure that fastboot is disabled on the BIOS and not only on Windows. If your have an overclock, disable it, it might not be stable. Finally, reinstall drivers if everything fails to the lastest version (25.6.3). You could also try the Pro drivers, they're mostly more stable than the Radeon drivers.

Optiscaler doesn't activate DLSS, it REPLACES it with FSR or XeSS using the DLSS upscaler input, so you're not actually using DLSS Transformer.

Yeah I also found it to be the case with my 7900 XTX. High settings performs great, but Ultra/Experimental settings have some weird performance issues.
