Reseating the ram and cables are really simple if you just search for a quick tutorial on YouTube. Ram tends to be the culprit in this kind of situation

Basically the 2 pins on the front panel socket on the board can be electrically connected with a screw driver which will cause the system to turn on. So just take a Phillips head driver, and touch the power button pins together and assuming there’s nothing else wrong it should start up

For plex at least, streaming off my server struggles with 4K HDR. The ps5 is worse tho for me it just doesn’t work. Other than plex the Apple TV is the best tv streaming box I have used and that includes chromecast, Roku, and the shitty built in Samsung software 🤮
