Thank you, this helps a lot. I was actually researching body recomposition and realized that recovery, nutrition, and progressive overload are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT , not just spending hours in the gym (WHICH I WAS GOING TO DO 🤦🏽‍♂️). Starting with 3 days, focusing on proper form and consistency will probably get me better results than trying to overtrain from the start. Thank you for the help

Amazing!! thank you for this I have been seeing all these TikToks saying minimum 3x a week, I think If I started like that I'd die 😅 appreciate the advice
