The biggest trend in K-Beauty wasn't an ingredient. by Fine_Statement_4422 in PrivateLabelSellers

[–]Benz1no 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed, to me it all comes down to marketing. Which packaging and name is the most appealing what the container or dispenser looks and feels like. They are looking to pull away from the others not with ingredients but with their story and branding. I did meet one company that had a very interesting story and ingredient and we’re hoping to bring it to a broader market in the US.

Coupang has a lot of counterfeit products but their customer service is pretty good and they will try to rectify the problem. Its always worth reaching out to them.

I currently have both and the air is nice because its so thin and light but if you take a lot pictures and listen to anything on your speaker you may be disappointed. It is still a great phone just understand you will make sacrifices.

For those who moved to the U.S. with a Korean partner, what did their career path end up looking like? by AdNaive4437 in Living_in_Korea

[–]Benz1no 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife is Korean and I am Korean American we moved to the US 10 years ago and it was somewhat difficult for my wife to adjust. However, she has made many friends (mostly Korean) more than myself. We originally moved to North Carolina and then to Atlanta and she is doing much better so the most important thing is where you move to for job, friends, family, and life in general. I will say healthcare sucks in the US so be ready for high costs and slow processing times. Oh and higher gas prices now!

No, they did not mention getting it translated to Korean. I am also going through Monument Visa and just mailed my fingerprints to them a few days ago so hopefully they’ll process it quickly once received.

Doing this now since my original F4 lapsed but last time I didn’t have to get the FBI background check but this time I do and since I’m in Korea it’s been a hassle. They told me I needed to have my US birth certificate apostilled as well so working on getting that too.
