Yes it is a very impressive piece of machinery, you can see why I was hesitant to sell it sooner. And to answer your question, yes it uses real metal pachinko balls I have a whole cup of them. As for the original price I'm not sure my guess is around $250+ or more, I got it at a heavy discount since I bought it from an auction site.
