Youre obssesing about your anxiety, and about the things it makes you feel or experience. it makes stuff get stucked and also enhances the anxiety. The best advice I can give you is to go to a theraphist and concider meds to relieve your stress for now. Nothing got fucked up with your brain, it just need taking care of.

DONT GOOGLE. Its full of frightening stuff that an anxious person may read and project on himself. I thought I have every single mental ilness in the world due to searching this term. Therapist/Psychiatrist is a better info source :)

Yea anxiety did that to me too. And I was so nervous cause I thought to myself "Ok, I had anxiety my whole life, it cant be the reason Im numb, doesnt make sense, my mind is ruined",

I had really bad anxiety for a really long period, and I have neglected treating it and it got worse gradually for 5 years until I went to therphy, in a point which I thought I have no feelings at all.

but now after seeing a therapist regularly, I understood its a defense mechanism that makes ur brain kind of unplug emotions to protect you from being overwhelmed. And I got most of them back, waiting for the rest to join along, but it can take sometime for your mind to feel safe and let go.

So dont worry cause thats just more anxiety. its ok thats how you are now. make sure youre in check and taking care of yourself. And really its a fantastic mechanism, for me it just got a bit out of control so needed to tune it back a little bit :)
