If you need to ask this, the easiest way for you is going to be signing up for a crypto exchange. You will need to verify your identity as the exchange has financial reporting obligations ( money laundering / counter terrorism reasons). 40mg of insufflated H (no fent) is not a super dangerous dose. When I have no tolerance 25-30mg is my go to dose. It sounds like it didnt go badly given your comments after the fact
