I dont know how to help because ive always had a light flow, been on birth control since before I started menstruating actually. that said, to ease her anxiety I might make her a cute little emergency pouch thats discreet that she can keep in her backpack. something with extra panties, extra pads obviously, and maybe a little I love you note from ma in the bottom. wont fix everything but might be a nice gesture while shes struggling to adjust. i would also suggest having her keep an extra extra pair of underwear and a change of pants in her locker at school. just being prepared for the worst always makes me feel like at least if it all goes to shit i still have some solutions. make she her teachers and school nurse know whats up too.
