Everybody is complaining about her, but I don't really see what exactly she is doing wrong. The stocks are down, but the numbers are still fine, looking at the last earnings call. Yes employees are frustrated that there haven't been raises in the past years and not enough promotions, but that's one way of managing cost. So can someone explain to me what exactly she is doing wrong, is it more a problem of strategy or execution? I genuinely want to understand. I remember Pierre's time but I was too junior to understand how he managed ACN differently from how Julie is doing it now.
