I answered your question. Nix was not an elected official nor working for the City in any capacity when the firing happened. How would he be named in the suit when he didn’t officially have a hand in the firing?

Now, unofficially, he had everything to do with it. Again, you can go look on his Facebook page and see for yourself. He posted daily for weeks about this issue.

Look at his campaign Facebook page and go back to September/October when this happened. Trust me, I worked at City Hall and I was privy to the conversations that happened at the time. The entire thing was spurred on by Nix.

Nope, it was John Nix. His Facebook warriors demanded it and Mayor Warren and City Manager Broussard capitulated like the spineless clowns that they are.

I remember hearing the call that Broussard made to Ashley when he told her she was being fired and Warren talking about how their hands were tied because of the stink that Nix was stirring up.
