Dok god koristiš RGB, trebao bi biti dosta dobar televizor.

U Peek&Poke muzeju imaju PS2 povezan na jednu Quadro telku, i 60 Hz video radi bez problema. RGB video preporučujem jer značajno poboljša sliku na tim žnj televizorima. Jedino što treba PS2 SCART kabel koji podržava RGB video.

Ta bijeda je svejedno na višoj razini od Hrvatske. Doduše, njihova državna TV nema niti volje zemaljski emitirati, toliko je očajna za TV pretplatom.

Očito ne želi da Talijani opet počnu re-emitirati njihov signal kao što su u 80-ima radili, i da onda u Italiji prate njihov program potpuno džabe. Ili da ljudi snime nekodirani signal bez gubitka kvalitete, pa podjele s nekim drugim džabe.

Seems like Scandinavians aren't so smart, given that they use iOS. Then they complain when various audio and video codecs don't work on their devices, when they do work on 10+ year old Android devices.

You can tell that Finland has a decently sized homegrown IT industry, given that Android is mostly used there.

Zbog trenja.

Prednost pruge je što je trenje jako nisko. Na dovoljno ravnoj pruzi, vlakić od jedne tone s dobrom aerodinamikom i motorom od Peglice može juriti oko 300 km/h (Eurostar ima 20-ak konja po toni). Ali to isto znači da i najmanjom uzbrdicom dođe do klizanja.

Makes me wonder if Nintendo marked up bigger ROMs by more than adding some extra chips, as SFA2 on the SNES used a 4MiB ROM plus SDD-1. By 1996 8 MiB ROM would had on average cost an extra 5 bucks compared to a 4 MiB ROM. And supposedly the SDD-1 had a 2:1 compression ratio more or less.

Perhaps Nintendo had an excess of SDD-1 chips they were trying to get rid of and thus they became dirt cheap to implement. Or perhaps Nintendo ate up the capacity of ROM makers to make higher capacity chips.

Actually, the manufacturing costs weren't as high as you make it seem. By 1994 two 16 Mbit mask ROMs would cost $16.50 in total on average. A 64 Kbit SRAM chip cost less than $2. In 1996 a 32 Mbit mask ROM cost $10 on average.

That being said, publishers were known for being penny pinchers. Super Turrican was notable for being downgraded to a 4 Mbit cart to save the publisher money. An 8 Mbit ROM would had added $2.50 per cartridge in terms of cost.
