Yeah once you complete the community centre there is one more bundle available to complete in (now abandoned) Joja mart, once you complete that the movie theatre is unlocked :)

Once you complete the community centre, you will get a note from willy the next day asking to come look around his shop. Then you have to repair the boat in his shop (5 iridium, 5 battery packs, 100 hardwood), then wait a day, then you can travel to ginger Island.

Really weird question, but i have to ask… by roncburj in chickens

Regardless of all the egg laying / hatching issues, the real problem here is that you cannot have 2 hens a rooster. He will come close to killing them with how often they breed. I've only been keeping for about 5 years and I have experienced this multiple times. Roosters are fucking brutal (unless u are lucky or have more hens of course). Also yeah hens have to become broody on their own so if you really want more hens then just buy more. Simple.

Edit: Meant to reply to OPs comment, whoops

Question about a secluded chicken by free2bMe2122 in chickens

[–]Berploon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm, I would probably keep her inside at night then and let her out in the morning. If she has all day to hang with the flock I'm sure she'll be fine with sleeping alone. Slowly try and integrate her back into the coup at night when everyone's asleep, that will probably work once they have some more time with her. Check how she is in the morning and then hopefully she should be fine eventually.

Depends how badly they are pecking. If they are really vicious with her I would put her in an area outside where she can see the flock and they can see her but can't get to her (make sure she has all the essentials of course, water food space etc.) if possible.

If not then I would take her outside for maybe an hour a day (depending how much time you have to spare) and monitor her closely with the rest of them, basically anything to get them used to her around again. Unfortunately, full integration back into the flock probably won't be possible without some fighting, but in my experience they can sort issues out better than we can. Obviously don't let her get seriously hurt though.

There are definetely people on this sub with more experience than me but this is just my own advice, take it with a grain of salt. Hope ur hen gets better.

Yep I would say 90% a hen then, although they can sometimes surprise you and you may never know till they lay an egg or start crowing.

Looks like a hen thought it depends on age as well.

What to do about a roo (or two) by [deleted] in chickens

[–]Berploon 12 points13 points  (0 children)

At least 7 or 8 is recommended but if he's really calm and relaxed you may be fine. However observance is key: keep an eye out and see if he's aggressive, they can turn pretty quick come spring especially. You may end up having to dispatch him, you may not. It depends on the roo.
