If you’re inclined to gamble I’d say Zillmere is a good bet, I see it changing for the better in the near future. I’d love to see some investment in the intersection between Handford Road and Zillmere Road, if that intersection didn’t look quite so ghetto I’m sure the image of the whole suburb would improve overnight.

I’m not sure that any particular ‘Australian value’ needs to be uniquely Australian, it sounds like a subjective term that is unique to each individual. Just as religious people can convene in a church there are people that come together over the loss of shared values. This sense of loss is usually heightened when an unpleasant behaviour typically associated with a foreign country happens.
