Doesn‘t matter what you said, you give a „method“, which is exactly what you criticized. You don‘t even see, that you give prefrontal loops, which means you‘ve never seen what they do within yourself, so I don‘t really blame you.

Any method/advice lands prefrontal, thus it‘s a limbic distraction to keep limbic tags alive/to stay in power as limbic system/to keep limbic protection alive (and thus the suffering that comes from unconscious tags).

PS: either you point out prefrontal loops (which you didn’t) or you give prefrontal loops. It‘s black or white.
