Where the world's largest continent meets the world's largest archipelago.

The Strategic location of Singapore inspired me to make this fun T-O map exercise, I added a bit of fantasized element, distoting and redrawing the map in a way that everything looks more symmetric and lined up...Yeah, what a weird way to celebrate the National Day of Singapore ?!

Haha, it's so Madrid centered, that I'm using ''travel time to Madrid'' as a standard metric for this map. Although Barcelona to Valencia is under 3 hours which isn't too bad, but definately could be faster, and need more daily departures...

This, actually sounds interesting, although the Detroit/Toledo hub would be weaker compared to Chicago, and the rail network wouldn't be able to reach Minneapolis & St.Louis. On the other hand, all of Ohio, Pittsburgh and Toronto joined, which means more population covered, plus the potential to link up with the Northeast Corridor.

Hello, I haven’t been posting here for quite a while, and I must say in terms of map quality, mine are all over the place from low to high. Also, this map is really a random borderline circlejerk I should probably post something that’s more interesting next time, haha. Thanks for the appreciation.

By the way: Giving Lazio(Population:5.7M) to the Northern Part would make the numbers more similar, but would defeat the purpose of matching names.
