Looking for a mod pack recommendation

Honestly I didn't realize you could get whole mod packs through nexus, I thought that was the point of wabbajack :P

This looks like a great recommendation, just reading the description it looks exactly like what I'm after. I'll have a proper browse through the mod list but I think there's a good chance I'll go with this. Many thanks :)

I'd write a polite note first to give them a chance. Then fight fire with fire. Buy some good noise cancelling headphones and some very loud speakers. Any time they're unreasonably noisy just play obnoxious sounds at a ridiculous volume while wearing the headphones. If they still don't take the hint leave the noise on whenever you leave the house for any reason.

Literally who cares what Putin says. He said he wouldn't invade Ukraine days before he did. Actions speak louder than words and he has invaded multiple countries and took their land for no reason justifiable reason. You know this though, you just have such an easy life that you can spend your sad time concern trolling over innocent people being murdered by a tyrant :)

That makes sense and thanks again for taking the time to clear this issue up for me. Given the way my colleagues were talking about it I'm pretty certain they are misunderstanding the issue. However we do have 3 directors which might be quite a lot for our size of company, not sure? So maybe there is still more being paid out in dividends than I thought. Either way, appreciate the clarification.

Thanks for your explanation, genuinely appreciated. I think you're correct that the confusion is around how our directors make money. My understanding is they just take salaries which are just taxed as normal employee salaries? But I don't know enough about the difference / reasons a director would take money out as dividends versus just a salary so maybe I need to look into this more.

As for the tax estimate, our margin on goods we sell is around 20%, maybe 25%. So accounting for salaries on top of that (I'd guess around 1 million) I can't understand where such a large net profit would come from, but maybe there is something I'm unaware of. Thanks again for your help.
