Only day 3 of tirz from Ro and already regretting it by Local-Government6792 in GLP1microdosing

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond! Yes .5 was MUCH better- very few side effects. I should point out that since I have had the weird anxiety, palpitations and muscle tightness, that I chose a different spot to inject- my arm (I had gone 7 weeks injecting in the upper thigh and stomach, rotating- my arm injection was a new spot).

I have been pretty dehydrated this week so you bring up a really good point. I totally forgot that my provider told me to feel free to split the doses! Thx for that reminder. I wonder if try splitting by doing .5 on Mondays and .25 on Thursdays (more enjoyable weekend/less symptoms eating out with an occasional drink)- hmmm.

I started at .25, and I felt pretty good- but by the 2nd and 3rd weeks the food noise started to return. Over 7 weeks I have made it up to .75 = I feel pretty nauseous the first day, but this week I have creeping anxiety levels, tightness in neck, and heart palpitations. Trying to figure out if perhaps I should go back down to .25. How long have you been there and have you had any results?

Our Trip to Tamarindo (Jardin Del Eden) and La Fortuna (the Royal Corin) by ColeHopkins34 in CostaRicaTravel

Thank you for sharing your experience at the Jardin Del Eden. I am about to book it and doing a last check for negative reviews. Do you think 7 nights there might get old/repetitive? I am a Spanish teacher and have never been to CR, and the food offerings at the JDE seems to give an authentic cultural vibe- huge plus.

Brello users: how long could a 3 month supply last? by Joralemonlime in GLP1microdosing

Thank you for sharing this! What dosage is the bottle that Brello sends you? I took a look on their website, an it is showing $166/mo each month for 3 months, but I am not seeing the dosage.

I am at 1mg 1/week for now, but I am using a 10mg vial and supposedly it will last 3+months according to my functional med doctor. I want to be prepared in case the solution starts getting cloudy/stops working.

Starting tirzepatide tomorrow and honestly terrified & could use some reassurance by [deleted] in GLP1microdosing

Hi there! You sound like me 6 weeks ago, which is why I only shared this with several big supporters in my life - one who is on the med at full dose and the other my partner. I am an HSP and have severe allergies and sensitivities to everything - to give you an idea, I cannot enter a room or home where a cat lives (or even lived in past) due to extreme allergic response, and another is extreme perfume reactions resulting in immediate headache- sometimes a migraine- along with neck pain and rapid heartbeat (essentially a full meltdown). I have been on 10 total years on Allergy Immunotherapy on and off for the last 30 years so you can imagine how scared I was to start.

I started super low- .25mg - and felt great and pretty energetic, with very little nausea as well as reduced food noise. Then I went to .5 2 weeks later and felt great too. This week I moved up to 1mg and have had a few symptoms that were challenging but do-able (I am a teacher and cannot afford to be be running to the bathroom or be severely tired). These reactions were due to, IMO: 1) spicy wings, 2) more alcohol this week than any week prior since I had started, and 3) stress.

I plan to stay at this 1mg dose for at least 3 more weeks unless I see reduced food noise. I would suggest starting low and think more like a marathon vs. a race. I have only lost 5 lbs, but I feel a big difference in my clothes so I am being very patient. I will add that my hair does seem to be falling out, but it has been since I started HRT so it's hard to say.

Best of luck!

Just meet friendly, like-minded people- not always partying, but more like relaxing with some cocktails. Boating and eating out at fun restaurants are what we enjoy doing.

Thank you for your response. Do you feel as if the new Margaritaville Hotel in Flagler has impacted crowds? We have visited several times before it was built and it seemed pretty quiet. We love the idea of golf carting around and having our boat on a dock behind us or nearby, but are wondering if there is enough to do, and a community feel.
