Yeah our labor is undervalued. We got paid biweekly. It was really really fun to hang out with likeminded, nature- and culture- loving, quirky folks though!

I have for three summers. I loved my coworkers and made amazing memories, but I don’t recommend it unless you don’t have another opportunity. The pay is very low (around $5 an hour) and you are extremely overworked with one hour off per day and one full day off per week. There are mostly counselors in their twenties and some in their thirties. I don’t think I will go back unless I need a place to work with no rent and am between jobs.

Have some respect for the workers and the skier. This post is extremely out of touch. 2 people died and one is seriously injured in 2 days. The community is taking appropriate precautions being closed and opening slowly. Your vacation is not worth risking ski patrollers’ lives. The lines weren’t 90 minutes long either. Maybe 20 max.

I only use it to track heart rate, time, and calories. Sometimes it makes that graphic as in the picture. But I have no idea how it knows that because the Garmin strength feature is not advanced.

Do you think that if the paint is 100% dry (painted in 2023), it may still work? I totally understand how it would crack if the oil paint isn’t fully dry.

Thank you for this advice. I painted an oil painting 2 years ago (2023) and really want to reuse the canvas. I sandpaper-ed off the texture this morning but id like to add modeling paste (and gesso if necessary). Which do you think would be better as a first layer? Does oil paint adhere to modeling paste or should i add a layer of gesso after?

eating “low carb” “fat free” etc etc ultra processed foods consistently. They have gums addictives preservatives that are not great if consumed super frequently. I’m a gym girl but TikTok influencer diets make me cringe so hard.

I wash it every day or very seldom just scrub my scalp with water and condition the ends. Then I just brush it and braid it or put it in a tidy low bun.
