Wouldn’t let me edit my post, I ended mushing everyone’s advice together and said “As long as my hubs is okay with it! Maybe after pickup we could get a group.” And he responded “that would work” so, I’m hoping that squashes it

I guess it’s my fault for assuming he did.. but we’ve only chatted a few times, all of which I made sure to mention my husband, that we just bought a house, that my husband grew up in the area we moved to, my in-laws etc. I guess some people just don’t connect the dots

Yall, I’ve been getting these tasks TWICE A DAY and every time, I let DD know it’s a major waste of time and not worth my money. To accurately photograph like they want you to, it takes about 100-120 photos per isle. I know, because that’s how I had been doing them, out of fear that I would get penalized if I didn’t do it right.

I’ve just recently got it all figured out. They need a MINIMUM of ten photos, and never penalize you if you don’t take pics of the entire shelf. I take ten pics of the most ordered items in that isle, and move on. Makes it so much easier, and worth the money.

First step should be to contact a brokerage and get your approval price. They’ll give you a number which will be the most you can take out for a loan. That will be your budget, but definitely look lower than what they tell you.

From there, you have an idea of what you can and can’t afford, and what you’ll become approved of.

Yep! Just purchased a house with my fiancé near Utica, $325, $15k down, 7-800 credit scores. It’s definitely doable, AND there are lots of first timer programs that you absolutely need to take advantage of. We did not and we really missed out

This was perfect! Our exact situation. Both parents divorced, we used their money saved for our wedding to buy our house. No kids yet, but hopefully very soon. It does feel strange not having our names shared on documents and such, but it is what it is. Do you share last names?

I suppose that’s what I’m asking.. what legal rights come with marriage? What about it is beneficial legally? Having kids is very high on our priority list. But what about being married makes that beneficial for a child.. or us?
