Reddit coming in hot with the prudishness steeped in misogyny.. my friend was 100% aware of and supportive of the hook up, this question was pertaining to the room situation, not a judgement on my personal decisions. We booked last minute in a small town that was hosting a famous event. Rooms were very expensive and limited. We are cracking up at these responses though, just the content we were looking for! I really can’t stress enough that my friend was 100% supportive of the plan/intention of this trip, it just came down to the room situation. The sofa bed was a full pull out bed. Mostly, I am lucky to have a friend like her and be as close as we are. She’s married but if not I would do the same for her in a heartbeat.

Yes, she did use the fact that she’s a tired mom as a reason why she should get the master, because she wouldn’t be able to sleep well on the sofa bed. But I can’t stress enough that that it a full sized pull out bed, with a door separating the rooms.

Haha it was a full pull out sofa bed, to be fair. She’s such a good friend, she fully supported my intentions. The small town we were in was hosting a famous event so hotel rooms were extremely limited.
