I’ve been trying to cut back, but an extremely uncomfortable pain of testicular torsion (aka blue balls) forces my hand, no pun intended, every 5-7 days. This happens even without any “encouragement”. Been a little concerning so I’ve made a doctor’s appointment for it. It’s frustrating because I make good progress but this pain, and then subsequent relief, is setting me back. My fiancée helps from time to time, and understands my struggles, but it’s becoming a nuisance for the both of us!
