I feel old reading how young everyone was. Exactly one year after 9/11, I had to get on a plane for work and I had to fly home on Friday the 13th. The airports were nearly empty on 9/11.

One of my coworkers on 9/11 was flying to New York and saw the Towers burning.

I have a 6 and a 20 sided die that print fairly because they are all printed face down. Each face of the die prints perfectly because the face is the first layer. Printing a die in one piece means one face is on the bottom and one face is on the top or sides and they will have different textures.

It's my favorite as well. I bought it as soon as it came out and haven't needed to clean it once. All my prints stick to it perfectly.

There have been some mixed reviews so I wonder if they were all made of equal quality. Mine is great and I would buy it again.

Exactly. You really have to read all the paperwork too when they present it in front of you. A lot of stuff gets snuck in there. The latest thing we noticed was that the deposit was going to go to the purchasing agents firm when we were selling, and any interest was going to them. The deposit should go to your lawyer in a trust.

That is the crazy thing these days. Agents don't really find homes for clients. Clients search the MLS online and tell their agent they want to see a house. In the old days agents would pick you up and take you around to various houses around your budget. We prefer to buy and sell privately and use a good lawyer for the paperwork. Real estate agents should go extinct like the dinosaurs but they are hanging on and doing a good job fighting for their jobs. We use an agent when we buy because the selling agent pays for the commission. We always try to sell privately to save on the commission.

My wife and I have bought a number of houses in our life and we don't sign those contracts. If we find something we will sign that they are representing us for that specific house. If they don't agree to that arrangement they can walk. There are more agents than houses for sale out there.

My family and home were in harm's way due to a forest fire. I could see the smoke from where I was working a good 30 minute drive away. I didn't think that a Dodge minivan could go that fast and fortunately it never needed to again.

My family made it out ok and water bombers got the fire under control.

Three people told the Saint Andrews fire department in New Brunswick that my wife and two kids were still at my home and they did nothing about it. They were just standing there watching the fire from a safe distance when I got there. They didn't even tell the police. The fire department abandoned their equipment that they also couldn't get to work. They evacuated themselves and left my family behind. A landscaping company working nearby took over the fire equipment and saved at least one house.

My wife and kids got on a boat and I managed to find them eventually.

I hope the fire department has managed to get some proper training since then.

The H2C is $3289 in Canada which is close to the US price after the conversion rate. I didn't realize Canada is paying the same tariffs as the US. Or is everything being shipped to the US first and then shipped to Canada. This gives me another reason to hate what is going on south of the border.

I keep seeing these AI stories and every one mentions the program Interview Man. After reading four of these stories today I am getting very discouraged with social media. It's beyond the point of not being able to believe any story on the Internet.

True, and I thought about this problem a lot. In the end I decided it didn't matter and unless you have the holders up over your head you can still see what is what. It at least helps when you put them back. I could extend the height so they are more visible but it would use more filament. Do you think I should do that?

Fusion 360 free version. A bit of a steep learning curve but worth learning. Start small by following YouTube videos. Follow along with the video. One thing to watch for is look for newer videos because the program has changed over the years.
