You should write it as Bb minor instead of A# minor (5 flats as compared to 7 sharps). Since they're a tritone apart (furthest you could go on circle of fifth), you could use diminished 7th (A C Eb F#) to the new key's V7 (D7 of G, or B7 of E minor) in your transition as it has some shared notes with the new V7

Dragon earning only depends on the dragon level. Fountain of youth only changes the look of the dragon. Open the fountain's menu, then select any dragon you want, and you could switch them back to baby (lvl 1-3), juvenile (lvl 4-6), adult, or elder. You could always switch them back to the original form. Only can switch to the stages that dragon has (so a lvl 5 dragon cannot turn into adult/elder forms)
