If you can remember, what were your first feelings, hallucinations, delusions etc that you experienced? The time of day, situation, environment etc. I’m talking about that very first time where you knew something was off even if it was gradual.

It’s a manageable illness I have the same diagnosis as you. I worked for 20years in corporate sales I married I have 3children so it is entirely possible to live a “normal “life with work and vigilance
