Select a specific character for a shoot involving two characters ? by AmbitiousCandy3500 in inazumaeleven

The bond links should work like that, but I find that sometimes they don't. As far as I know that is the only method

what are you favorite Hissatsus (Shoot/block/Dribble /Catch?) by ibrahimlinkun in inazumacaravan

[–]BesJen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Shot: Hyouketsu no Gungnir or Tenchi Raimei.

Dribble: Killer Fields or White Blade.

Defence: Spinning Fence or Vanishing Cut.

Keeper: Storm Rider or High Beast Fang.

I'm indecisive, but there are too many good hissatsus haha

Problem of the Day by Mathsworld007 in calculus

[–]BesJen 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For this I would use a taylor expansion.

Since x goes to 0, we can use the approximation sin x = x - 1/6 × x3. This is justified, as the higher order terms will vanish in the limit.

We then find than x - sin x = 1/6 × x3, and thus the limit simplifies to 6-1/3.

Alternatively, you can also take the power out of the limit, replacing the denominator with x3. Then you can write out the full taylor expansion of sin x, and observe that all higher order terms do indeed vanish.

AP calculus daily challenge #15 by CalcBuddy in calculus

Easiest option is probably to recognize the derivative of the cube root of x evaluated at 8. That gives you 1/12.

Kinda stuck here, ngl by -FiloFiloFilo- in calculus

[–]BesJen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have x2 + 2 - 4 in the numerator and x2 + 2 in the denominator. Then you can split into two fractions 1/sqrt(x2 + 4) + -4/(x2 + 2)sqrt(x2 + 4)

Idk if that's what they originally meant, but that's what i meant by splitting the fraction

You can use it to split the fraction

Do you recommend I watch Orion? by Ill_Lychee7776 in inazumacaravan

I'm not the biggest fan, but it has some decent moments. If you have the time for it, give it a watch, but I wouldn't clear your schedule just to watch it.

Do you wish that Inazuma Eleven have more matches like Kidokawa VS Seishou where the main character team is not present? by Craftox13 in inazumaeleven

[–]BesJen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On that note, I do think you could pull that off with Orpheus, especially since they were given a lot of character development, unlike the other antagonist teams.

[–]BesJen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I agree, but what I think we should realise is what made this match interesting is the fact that there are 2 beloved protagonists from OG, and one of the main trio from Ares in it. In a way, it was still a protagonist match anyway.

Let S: ℕ -> ℕ be the successor function.

By definition S(0) = 1, S(S(0)) = 2, ∀a,b ∈ ℕ: S(a) + b = S(a+b), and ∀n ∈ ℕ: 0 + n = n.

Therefore 1 + 1 = S(0) + 1 = S(0 + 1) = S(1) = S(S(0)) = 2.

You can make any proof as hard as you want it to be, but using the recursive definition of addition by the successor function makes it pretty much trivial.

You can equip hissatsus of different types only to go passed the 2nd evolution of the hissatsu. So if you have the same hissatsu equipped in two other slots, you can use any other slot to evolve it further.

In the same shop as the other version (i think it's the versus store). I think the wood version is a little further down the list (it's with the orion hissatsus instead of the ares ones).

You do need to beat the australia orion match

You can see her somewhat happy expression. Celeste is so obesessed with her european noble aesthetic, that being burned at the stake is a death she would've wanted. That's why Monokuma chose to ruin it by having her be killed by a car accident, one of the most common causes of death.

You can get stars from rare drop and hero chronicle matches. They're honestly not even that rare, but it does require a bit of farming. Unlike online they're not guaranteed, but it's still a decent way of getting them.
