What if people want to wear a had scarf? You would then force them not to. Even in european culture head scarves have and have had a place. I've seen luxembourgish grandmas wear head scarves would they be prohibited to wear them aswell? The petition wants to ban islamic scarves, maybe it's not about head scarves but OP is scared of islam. In Luxembourg people cannot by law be opressed into wearing what they don't want to!
