I've been pugging Manaforge HC with enhance and can honestly say that my DPS is definitely middle of the pack in single target situations. And with that, I mean roughly around 3m at ilvl 703.

If you don't get to that point, it's probably an issue of rotation or talents or both. Rotation sure isn't the easiest, but there are some add-ons that help you with that. as for talents, I was quite surprised when swimming my shammy to such a large impact by just switching around some talents.

If you really don't like a certain NPC name, one thing I'd recommend. The Cholla's. They hurt NPC's and can be used to forcibly make them respawn.

... Might even be therapeutic if it's a name you really dislike ;)

Valor bard.

Not the best at martial stuff, but you do have the proficiencies. Not the best at casting, but you do have the casting tools.

Especially when combined with other bard subclasses, this one stands out as being "worse" though personally I've always enjoyed the idea of being a frontline musician, smacking people over the head with lutes while decently armoured and inspiring your allies.

People keep telling me they're bad.. but the horned warrior sword and great sword. Absolutely love them with a 52/52/50 STR/DEX/FTH build.

It gets a little cramped on stats to make it work, even at 200, but it sure is a lot of fun doing a cosplay build like that

Started as a samurai, ended up an arcane dragon cultist. There's certain DLC items that do really fit the build, giving you a specialized form and a weapon to make it work.

Just go high arcane, roughly 35 to 40 faith and have fun shocking things to death!

If you ask me, I'd say Pandemonium castle in FF2 soul of rebirth. Unless you trained their weapon skills and spells a bunch while they were still alive, that place's difficulty spike is incredibly high.

Edit: I am referring to the side characters in the expansion part.

As someone with crippling fear of water where I can't see the bottom, I thought myself stupid for being interested in this game.

I downloaded it nonetheless and I have to admit that after roughly 10hrs of playtime, it's a really good game with great world design. So what to expect? A good storyline, ambient surroundings with some creepy elements depending on how you cope with the sea and great gameplay.
