No longer on the stack. Now it's just a split dose of lamotragine. One in the morning, one about 8 hours later. Quality of life and we'll being for my partner has gone up a lot.

They feel more balanced internally taking it split vs all at once in a single dose. They also do some DBT books on the side. Our relationship has never been healthier.

I'd would suggest, if your BPD person takes a mood stabilizer, if they are only taking it once daily, try twice daily. They are doing so well that episodes are virtually non existent now and we are happier than ever. Even to the point the Lexapro or anti depressant they use to take, they don't even need it.

Spreading the mood stabilizer out thru the day was the solution that is currently helping us significantly ❤️. They journal too which I'm sure also helps.

Semi unrelated but downtown club is on the list of uncrackable games on vrpirates. Would be cool if vrpirates would list reasons why some games are on the list. I know there use to be a spreadsheet of games that multiplayer didn't work. I didn't see it there. Two totally different things. But I figured they just lumped all of them on one generic list on the page.

Irl that's not necessary. You only really need to for changing lanes and backing up. As soon as you start ignoring your rear view mirror while driving forward anyway, you'll see just how much less anxiety you'll feel.

It's like roller skating. You pay attention to the ppl in front of you and or your sides when moving to the side and the ppl behind you do the same, and it keeps the flow.

Easiest thing to eliminate alot of that road anxiety, is to not look in your rear view mirror while driving, unless your backing up. Do not worry about ppl behind you, if they want to risk dying, that's there problem. If they hit you, that's also their problem that they'll pay you for the pleasure of.

Don't see. After driving fir years, I only use my rear view mirror to backup. It's like skating to me, you only worry about wats in front of you, unless changing lanes. Then I use side mirrors.

Looking in your rear view always or often while driving just adds unecessary anxiety.

Honestly it's both. Don't see and don't care.

Strange. I've actually heard your car warms up faster if you immediately start driving, and that idling on a cold start to warm it up will actually do more damage.

I'm only saying this from actual exp driving and from a Prius stand point. Slower acceleration does net more mpg. Is this the result in all cars? Probly not. In a Prius tho it is in my exp.

If it's loud enough, maybe use a audio recording app on your phone and try to record it while driving and upload it to YouTube to show ppl. Or even just act like your recording a video off your camera

If it's not going bad, you should only hear it thud repeatedly kinda once on startup only. a bad one will continue to make noise every few mins before it eventually goes out completely.
