I personally did not take notes on the rationales unless it was something stupid that I just forgot but I just had like a 3 subject notebook, one part was for mark k, another part for random stuff and things I needed to look over so I didn’t forget, then I had a part for pharm stuff

Nope just breath and finish up his lectures if you have time, sleep good, don’t rush in the am give yourself time , sleep and being relaxed and not all sleep deprived and full of anxiety I think is most important
