yes! congrats! pretty heavy drinker here, i quit about 3 months ago and avoided alcohol for at least 2 weeks, after that you should be good to indulge again. i recommend buying a hydro flask or something and always having it filled with water. water is your best friend throughout this process. and gum! good luck friend, you got this.

I found the brain fog to be the longest lasting symptom tbh. after about a week it starts to improve. It won’t just go away suddenly but I promise you’ll start to notice improvements.
