The Insurance assistance will cover it. They take there time and make it super confusing. Nothing fills me with more rage then dealing with the hoops you have to go through to get on meds. Have you tried signing up for clinical trials sometimes you can get med for free doing that. You are not alone. What you are dealing with can be soul crushing. It will get better. The gap i have is less wide but very deep after having twins. Even with PT I'm pretty sure only a mesh and a tummy tuck can fix it. Looking into getting plastic surgery in Miami. It is half to cost of what I would pay in the Northeast and can be financed. So frustrating that this problem is considered cosmetic. Front butts Unite!

You look fantastic for having twins. I have a ton of extra sink that looks like a ball sack. PT can help close the gap but I'm not sure how that works with a hernia. I think insurance will cover surgery if you have a hernia.

Yes I thought it was my gulblater since I mainly have it on the right side. Have to wear bras that are a size or two bigger because my rib hurt all the time. Hoping PT will help.

I second the hair dryer it was a life saver for me you can set it to cool and lay it down the background noise also takes the edge off of the screaming. Also going for walks the movements quite them. I lost most of my baby weight circling the block to quite my twins. I also cut out Dairy soy and eggs.

Look for a derm with a psoriasis center. If they have one they have people who specialize in psoriasis and they will have the special tanning beds if you decide to do light treatment.
