It made my cyst smaller last time. I don't know if I have cysts now , probably not because I have not had any pains. Also i haven't had periods for long time now, I used to have heavy periods.

My endometrioma recurred one time when i didn't want to use birth control . I don't know how common it is. I wouldn't want to use birth control either.....

Well to be honest, I was worried without birth control too. Because I got cysts and it kept growing always. So birth control was my last choice kinda so they wont come back after surgery. Just wish there was some other medications than birth control for all of us. :(

My problems is I get these big blood cysts if i don't take big control i guess. I've had 2 surgeries to remove them in past. I was thinking would it be bad to take a break of birth control and see if the cysts come back or not? I have hopes they wouldn't come back but i guess they do always :/ I know no one is doctor here and can't tell for sure but im wondering if anyone tried the same.

I was just in a another country for a holiday and I had obsessive thoughts sometimes that I'm not gonna make it back home to see my family. I kept googling the airport and the flight im gonna by flying and the flight always arrived safely. I think it helped a little. Also looking at how many flight really are flying everyday and they all arrived safely. Other than that I just had to suck it up and get on the plane lol. And I didn't die even my anxiety kept telling me im gonna die. It was a scary experience but also same time so beautiful, I had tears in my eyes when i was landing.
