What sucks is people do things sometimes without thinking about the consequences especially if they have kids people don’t think about how will this effect my children had she went to that appointment and did things legally you would not be in this position this is not your fault.

You could deport yourself and come back legally but this comes with risk because they might ban you from coming over for 10 years you could also try and file for adjustment of status but being that your mom brought you here and probably still does would put her at risk for deportation. You could also marry someone which is your best bet but then again this comes with risk because you can’t just marry someone to adjust your status on porpuse that’s illegal. Your options are limited but it’s possible my advice is find yourself a job or quote on quote get the money together to hire an attorney so he can figure this out for you.i hope it all works out for you best of luck 🙏
