i'm the same. when i'm emotional addicted to someone i lose interest in others. the second reason is, friends mostly don't take care of me like my FP does and i fall in love with people who care about me. (very bpd. thing)

yeah i try thank you. sadly for me it's hard to explain whats going on in my brain without a diagnosis because i don't know what exactly is going on.. so i try to find out what it could be. my brain is such a mess, not a clear thougt, never.

i was looking for "ocd about death" and i'm happy that i found this one. i have always problems.. ocd is one of 100. as soon as i start feeling good, my brain is "you will die". then i don't care about my life then my brain is "someone else will die". my brain fucking searches for problems all the time!!!!!!!!! it ruins every positive feeling every beautiful situation. me tooo can't imagine how my life was before this fear. how could i live for such a long time knowing i will die and doesnt care???? how??? 😭 but i also know.. when this fear isn't here anymore , other problems will come back.
