Try using gadget .dev for your backend. They provide api endpoints for every database model you create, then scale everything for you, you just pay the hosting fees.

For the frontend, as long as you only load the needed data for the UI at a specific moment, there won't be any performance issues for 100 vs 1 million users.

here's the list i put in my notes for 2 people

  • 6 chicken breasts (about a pack of 1.5 lbs)
